ProDeck wins Best of Show award at NAB Show 2025 with landmark innovation
Nexteq (AIM: NXQ), a leading technology solutions provider to customers in selected industrial markets, is delighted to announce that at the NAB Show 2025 by TVBEurope in Las Vegas, a leading broadcast industry tradeshow, the Group's brand Densitron won the Best of Show Award for the recently launched broadcast product ProDeck 24. The event marked the North American debut of the ProDeck 24 desktop control surface, which represents the Group's latest advancement in broadcast desktop control solutions.
The awards recognise the very best products and solutions on display at the show, with hundreds of entries in the competition. Voted for by a panel of industry experts and the TVBEurope editorial team, the awards celebrate products that are unique within the market and place importance on ease of integration and use.
The ProDeck 24 combines a high-definition touchscreen with 24 programmable physical buttons for an intuitive, efficient, and highly responsive user experience. The ProDeck 24 combines a next-generation PC and high definition display, ideally suited to the needs of the broadcast industry, and can be linked to its IDS software solution, Densitron's trusted and widely adopted universal control system, used by leading broadcasters including BBC, CBS, CNN, NBC, and YouTube.
The combined PC and display integration, with expanded software capabilities that offer customers broader functionality, is an example of cutting-edge innovation that marks a major evolution in broadcast control and demonstrates the Group's position as a market leader, as it continues to release innovative and award-winning products.
Duncan Faithfull, Chief Executive Officer of Nexteq, commented: "I am delighted to receive this recognition of the ProDeck 24, a testament to the dedication of the team and the high standard of broadcast expertise we bring to the market. We are a product and IP innovation business at our core, and this award demonstrates how well our ambitious product roadmap, a key component of our organic growth strategy, aligns with market needs. Pleasingly we are already seeing a substantial increase in consumer demand as the market recognises the value of a first-of-its-kind combined PC and display product.
"Our attendance at this year's event facilitated both reconnection with existing partners and a notable rise in new business enquiries, and looking ahead, the enthusiasm for our range of broadcast technology solutions and the levels of engagement received has energised us to drive innovation forward in the near future."
