Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM
Directa Plus (AIM: DCTA), a leading producer and supplier of graphene nanoplatelets based products for use in consumer and industrial markets, confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024, together with Notice of the Company's 2025 Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), have been posted to shareholders and are available to download from the Company's website at https://www.directa-plus.com/financial-results/.
The AGM will take place on Monday, 30 June 2025 at 4.00 p.m. (BST) on the 7th Floor, 50 Broadway, London SW1H 0DB.
