EMV Capital Plc (AIM: EMVC), the deep tech and life sciences VC investment group, announces that in accordance with AIM Rules 20 and 26 the Group's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024 and Notice of Annual General Meeting have been sent to shareholders on 6 June 2025, and are available on the Company's website in the Investor Relations section at: http://www.emvcapital.com/investors.
The Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday, 30 June 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at Panmure Liberum Limited, Ropemaker Place, Level 12, 25 Ropemaker Street, London EC2Y 9LY.
