Sale of Shares
Raspberry Pi (LSE: RPI), a leader in low-cost, high-performance computing, has been notified that Chief Executive Officer, Eben Upton, and Chief Financial Officer, Richard Boult, have sold a proportion of their Ordinary Shares in the Company, following expiry of the customary lock-up arrangements after Admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange. Mr Upton has sold c.14% of his total holding and Mr Boult c.17% of his total holding, both for personal financial planning reasons. Following these transactions, Eben Upton and Richard Boult retain a shareholding of 2,501,136 and 475,602 Ordinary Shares respectively.
