In accordance with the Company's Share Buyback programme, as outlined in its announcement on 17 April 2025, B.P. Marsh announces that it has purchased 20,000 of its ordinary shares ("Shares") at a price of 680 pence per Share. The purchased Shares will be held in Treasury.

Total voting rights
Following the purchase, the Company's total issued share capital consists of 37,100,000 Shares and the Company holds 28,186 Shares in treasury and therefore, the total number of Shares carrying voting rights in the Company is 37,071,814.
The above figure of 37,071,814 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
