 Board changes

Genuit Group plc (the "Company"), a leading provider of sustainable water and climate management solutions for the built environment, announces that following completion of two three-year terms, Louise Brooke-Smith, Non-Executive Director and designated Employee Engagement Non-Executive Director, will step down from the Board on 24 September 2025.

 

The Board would like to thank Louise for her contribution over the last six years and wishes her well in her future endeavours.

 

Bronagh Kennedy, who has been a Non-Executive Director of the Company since July 2024, will be appointed as the designated Employee Engagement Non-Executive Director with effect from 24 September 2025.

 

This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 6.4.6.
