Transaction in Own Shares

Jet2 plc, the Leisure Travel group, announces the purchase, in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 5 September 2024, of 70,778 ordinary shares of 1.25p each in the capital of the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") on 20 June 2025 as part of the first tranche of the buyback programme announced on 29 April 2025 (the 'Programme').

The Company intends to cancel the Ordinary Shares.

In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (as it forms part of domestic law of the United Kingdom by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018), a full breakdown of the individual trades made by Canaccord Genuity Limited in connection with the Programme is set out below.

Following the cancellation of Ordinary Shares, Jet2 will have 210,216,812 Ordinary Shares in issue and no Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. The figure of 210,216,812 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
