Microlise Group plc (AIM: SAAS), a leading provider of SaaS based transport technology solutions to fleet operators, has been notified that on 30 June 2025, Nick Wightman, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 18,827 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £1.062 per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Nick Wightman's beneficial holding stands at 139,353 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.12% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
