Annual General Meeting

The AGM will take place at 12:30 p.m. on 7 August 2025 at the Company's registered office, 4 Boston Road, Leicester, LE4 1AU.

The Board strongly encourages all shareholders to vote by proxy on the resolutions to be proposed at the Annual General Meeting before the deadline of 12:30 p.m. on 5 August 2025.

To facilitate the smooth operation of the meeting, the Board kindly requests that any shareholders who plan to attend please email the Company Secretary no later than close of business on 5 August 2025 at MRK.cosec@jtcgroup.com.

Divided Declaration

As previously communicated in the results announcement on 25 June 2025, the final dividend will be paid (subject to shareholder approval at the AGM) to shareholders who are on the register at the close of business on 11 July 2025, and shares will be marked ex-dividend on 10 July 2025. The dividend payment date will be on 14 August 2025, not 7 August 2025, as previously reported.
