Centrica appoints Non-Executive Director
Centrica is pleased to announce the appointment of Alessandra Pasini as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect. Alessandra will also become a member of the Company's Audit and Risk Committee and Nominations Committee.
Kevin O'Byrne, Chair of Centrica, said: "I look forward to welcoming Alessandra to the Board. Alessandra brings deep relevant industry experience with a strong blend of financial expertise and strategic leadership in energy infrastructure and sustainability".

Alessandra is a prominent figure in the global energy sector, known for her leadership in advancing renewable energy and green energy infrastructures. She is the Co-founder and Group President of Zhero, a company dedicated to developing large-scale renewable energy, battery storage systems, green hydrogen and power interconnectors across Europe and beyond. Before founding Zhero, Pasini held several high-profile roles at Snam S.p.A. 'Snam'), Europe's largest gas infrastructure company.
