Resignation of Independent Non-Executive Director
The Company announces the resignation of Elizabeth Noel Harwerth, OBE, Non-executive Director, with effect from 5 November 2025.
Mrs Harwerth has taken the decision to step down from the Board of the Company to focus on her other commitments and will not be offering herself for re-election at the Company's 2025 Annual General Meeting. Mrs Harwerth will step down with immediate effect from her roles as Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee. Lynzi Harrison will succeed her in both positions.

The Board's search for a new Independent Non-executive Director has commenced and an update will be provided in due course.
