Facilities by ADF, the leading provider of premium serviced production facilities to the UK film and high-end television industry ("HETV") announces that Marsden Proctor, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, has stepped down as a director of the Company and has left the Group with immediate effect. The Board of the Company has commenced a recruitment process for a permanent replacement.

Russell Down, Non-executive Chairman, has been appointed Executive Chairman. He will revert to Non-executive status on conclusion of the recruitment process and following an appropriate handover period.

The Company announced on 2 June 2025 that trading in the current financial year to 31 December 2025 ("FY25") was in line with market expectations. While the industry environment remains challenging and project lead times have been reduced, the expectation is that activity levels will be weighted to the second half. The Company continues to expect that it will be cash generative in FY25.
