CFO Update
Marks Electrical Group plc ("Marks Electrical", "the Company" or "the Group"), the online electrical retailer, confirms that, further to the announcement on 6 June 2025, yesterday, 31 July 2025 was Josh Egan's final day as Chief Financial Officer, and he has accordingly stepped down from the Board.
As announced on 25 June 2025, a process to appoint a full time successor is underway and Dipesh Mistry will continue in his role as Interim CFO until further notice, following which an announcement will be made in due course.
