RC365 Holding plc (LSE: RCGH), an established payment solutions and fintech company, makes the following announcement.
The Notice of the 2025 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and hard copies of the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ending March 2025 will be posted to shareholders today and will shortly be available for viewing on the Company's website at https://www.rc365plc.com.
The Company's AGM will be held at 5:00 p.m. (Hong Kong Time)/ 10:00 a.m. (UK Time) on Thursday 4 September 2025 at Room I, 17/F, MG Tower, 133 Hoi Bun Road, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong.
