Exercise of Options and Total Voting Rights
Hargreaves Services plc (AIM:HSP), a diversified group delivering services to the industrial and property sectors, announces that, on 8 August 2025, Stephen Craigen (a PDMR) exercised options over 6,359 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 10 pence per share. The options were granted under the Company's 2022 Executive Share Option Scheme and 2,998 of the Ordinary Shares issued pursuant to the exercise were sold immediately at 760 pence per Ordinary Share to fund associated tax and NI liabilities.
Following this exercise and sale, Mr Craigen's total shareholding is 24,079 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.07% of the total issued share capital of the Group.
Furthermore, on 8 August 2025, 30,984 Ordinary Shares were transferred from treasury to satisfy the exercise of options by five other employees at an exercise price of 10 pence per Ordinary Share. The options were granted under the Company's Executive Share Option Scheme 2022.
The option exercises were satisfied by a transfer of shares from treasury. Following the transfer, 99,101 Ordinary Shares remain in treasury and the new total number of voting rights in the Company is 33,039,655. This latter figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
