Result of General Meeting
Mobile Tornado (AIM: MBT), a leading provider of resource management mobile solutions to the enterprise market, announces that at the Company's General Meeting, held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed with the table below summarising proxy votes:

Votes which have been cast at the discretion of the Chairman have been counted as votes for the resolutions.
Cancellation to trading on AIM
Following approval by Shareholders at the General Meeting, the admission of the Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM will be cancelled (the "Cancellation"). The Cancellation is expected to become effective at 7:00 a.m. on 9 September 2025 and, accordingly, the last day of dealings in Ordinary Shares on AIM is expected to be 8 September 2025.
Re-registration
In accordance with the passing of Resolution 2, the Company will re-register as a private limited company with the name Mobile Tornado Group Limited and adopt the New Articles, which is currently expected to take place by 23 September 2025.
Matched Bargain Facility
It remains the Company's intention to provide a matched bargain facility to assist Shareholders wishing to trade in Ordinary Shares following the Cancellation. Further details with respect to the matched bargain facility, to be provided by JP Jenkins, will be made available in due course on the Company's website.
Capitalised terms in this announcement shall have the meanings given to such terms in the announcement issued by the Company dated 11 August 2025 unless otherwise defined herein.
