Board Changes
Sylvania (AIM: SLP), the platinum group metals ("PGM") and chrome producer and developer, with assets in South Africa, announces that Ms. Lewanne Carminati will be stepping down from the position of Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") and from the Board of Sylvania, to pursue personal development goals, with effect from 30 November 2025.
Following an external process, Sylvania is pleased to announce the promotion of Executive Officer Finance, Ms. Ronel Bosman, to the position of CFO, with effect from 1 December 2025. Ronel is a seasoned financial executive with over 20 years of experience, including more than 15 years in finance and leadership roles across sectors such as mining, facilities management and investment.
Ronel has been with Sylvania since 2021, and in her current role oversees the financial, treasury and tax functions for the South African subsidiaries, leading a team of 18 professionals. Her previous roles at Tsebo, Archer Daniels Midlands and Thebe Investments have further demonstrated her ability to manage complex financial operations, implement cost saving initiatives, and drive financial performance across diverse business environments. She has consistently delivered results by aligning financial strategies with business goals, streamlining reporting systems, and fostering high performing teams. She will join the Board of Directors ("Board") in due course.

About Sylvania Platinum Limited
Sylvania Platinum is a lower-cost producer of platinum group metals (PGMs) (platinum, palladium and rhodium) and chrome with operations located in South Africa. The Sylvania Dump Operations (SDO) is comprised of seven chrome beneficiation and PGM processing plants focusing on the retreatment of PGM-rich chrome tailings materials from mines in the Bushveld Igneous Complex (BIC). The SDO is the largest PGM producer from chrome tailings re-treatment in the industry. In FY2023, the Company entered into the Thaba Joint Venture (Thaba JV) which comprises chrome beneficiation and PGM processing plants, and is treating a combination of run of mine (ROM) and historical chrome tailings from the JV partner, adding a full margin chromite concentrate revenue stream. The Group also holds mining rights for PGM projects in the Northern Limb of the BIC.
