Inclusion in FTSE 250 Index

Partners Group Private Equity Limited ("PGPE Ltd") is pleased to note the announcement by FTSE Russell that PGPE Ltd will be a constituent of FTSE 250 index, effective from the close of business Friday 19 September 2025.

In light of admission to FTSE 250, the Board intends to carry out a competitive audit tender process during the year ending 31 December 2026, with a view to completing and announcing the results of the competitive tender process within the Company's annual reports and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2026. The Board would be pleased to discuss this proposed approach with shareholders.
