Narf Industries plc (LSE: NARF), a leading U.S.-based cybersecurity group specializing in advanced threat intelligence and software system security, is pleased to announce that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 2.00pm on 2 October 2025 at the offices of Tennyson Securities, 65 Petty France, London SW1H 9EU.
The notice convening the AGM, a Letter from The Chairman and the Form of Proxy have been sent to shareholders and are available on the Company's website (www.narfgroup.com), as is the Company's Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2025.
