Notice of AGM
The Annual General Meeting of the members of the Company will be held at 24 Martin Lane, London EC4R 0DR on Tuesday, 30 September 2025 at 2 pm. A copy of the AGM notice is being posted to shareholders today and is available on the Company's website www.whirelandplc.com.
The annual results for the Company for the year ended 31 March 2025 will be released on or around 22 September 2025, at which time a separate general meeting will be convened to lay them before shareholders.
