The Company has published its unaudited financial statements for the quarter ended on 30 June 2025 (the Q2 2025 financial statements (unaudited)), acting, among others, as Issuer of (i) USD 1,500,000,000 6.129% Notes due 2038 and (ii) USD 1,500,000,000 6.510% Notes due 2042 (iii) USD 1,400,000,000 5.8528% Notes due 2036 (iv) USD 1,600,000,000 6.1027% Notes due 2042, under its U.S.$ 11,500,000,000 Global Medium Term Note Programme.

 

The Q2 2025 financial statements (unaudited) are published as an annex to this notice.
