BOARD SUCCESSION PLANNING

The Board of Patria Private Equity Trust plc ("PPET" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that Duncan Budge, a Non-executive Director of PPET appointed on 1 February 2025, will succeed Alan Devine as Chair of the Board at the conclusion of the next PPET AGM on or around 25 March 2026.

Alan Devine, who has been a Director of the Company since 28 May 2014, and assumed the role of Chair of the Board on 22 March 2022, will step down as a Director and Chair of the Board following the conclusion of the AGM.

Duncan will continue to serve as a Member of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee and Management Engagement Committee following his appointment as Chair.
