Leasehold reform update

 

As set out in the Interim Report and Accounts ended 31 March 2025, issued in June 2025 (https://tinyurl.com/bdf5t3eh) the Company, alongside five other claimant groups, has been pursuing a Judicial Review, challenging enfranchisement provisions contained within the Leasehold and Freehold Reform Act 2024.  On 24 October, the Company received the High Court's judgment that has dismissed the Company's claim, together with those from the five other claimant groups.  The Company is carefully considering the judgment with its advisers and will provide a further update in due course.
