Notice of Annual General Meeting
Wellnex Life Limited ("Wellnex" or the "Company") (ASX | AIM: WNX) announces that it has today published and submitted to the Australian Securities Exchange the formal Notice of Meeting and associated documentation in respect of its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held at 9.00 a.m. (AEDT) on 27 November 2025 at Suite 68, Level 3, Building 2, 574 Plummer Street, Port Melbourne VIC 3207

The Company provides the following link to allow its securityholders in the UK to join the meeting and participate Q&A with the Board. However, it should be noted that all securityholders in the UK cannot vote at the AGM and they are encouraged to vote via proxy forms in accordance with instructions provided in the Notice of AGM.

Intended Board Change
In advance of the AGM, Vivienne Zhang has informed the board that, in light of recent Board changes and her ongoing focus on refining Wellnex's business strategy, her preference is to focus on her day-to-day responsibilities as Wellnex's Chief Financial Officer. Accordingly, she has requested not to be put forward for election as a director at the forthcoming AGM.
The Board notes that ASX-listed companies do not typically appoint Finance Directors to the main board. In line with Vivienne's request, the Company does not currently intend to seek a replacement Board director, but will keep the position under review, taking into account market governance practices on the AIM market in the UK.
As Vivienne will not be standing for election, she will be required to formally resign and therefore intends to tender her resignation immediately prior to the AGM.
