The Weir Group Plc ("the Company") announces that Nicholas Anderson, a non-executive director of the Company, has been appointed as a non-executive director of Hill & Smith Plc with effect from 11 March 2026. He will officially assume the roles of Chair of the Board and Nomination Committee at Hill & Smith Plc on the date of the next Annual General Meeting in May 2026.
This announcement is made in accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.9R.
