Board Change and Notice of AGM
Silverwood Brands plc, a holding company established to invest primarily in branded consumer businesses, announces that, three years following the Company's acquisition of Nailberry, Sonia Hully is stepping down from both her roles at Nailberry and as a Silverwood director.
Paul Hodgins, Executive Director of Silverwood, said, "We would like to thank Sonia for her immense contribution to Silverwood. Sonia is the founder of Nailberry, and over the years built up an incredibly strong brand and a highly profitable company. We aim to keep building on her successes. Her input across the wider Silverwood brands has also been valuable. We will of course keep in touch, but we wish Sonia the best in her next stage. I know she has many interests she is keen to pursue."
Silverwood also announces that the Company has today posted its Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to shareholders in the Company.
The AGM will be held at the offices of AlbR Capital Limited, 80 Cheapside, London EC2V 6EE at 9.00 am on Monday, 15 December 2025.

The Company expects to announce and make public its annual financial report for the 18 months ended 28 June 2025 by 31 December 2025. As the AGM will be held on 15 December 2025 (the Company is legally obliged to hold an AGM in 2025), Silverwood will convene a separate General Meeting to be held in early 2026, to formally receive the annual financial report, having given the 21 days' notice required by the Company's Articles and the Companies Act 2006.
