Mr McGuinness, aged 34, has been Chief Executive of TBWA/London, a leading UK advertising agency, since 2002. He has recently been involved in setting up and developing Stream Ltd, a TBWA company focusing on the marketing of branded entertainment content. Prior to joining TBWA, Mr McGuinness worked for five years at J. Walter Thompson in London followed by two years at M&C Saatchi in Sydney.
