Fairplace Consulting PLC 06 May 2005 6 May 2005 Embargoed for 7.00am Fairplace Consulting plc ("Fairplace") or ("the Company") Board Changes James Horsted and Neil Lewis, both Executive Directors, have resigned as directors of Fairplace with immediate effect in order that they may commence negotiations with the Company which may or may not lead to the sale of the Working Transitions division of the Company to them. The Working Transitions division is a specialist business providing distance-based support to insurance company clients. The Company's strategy is to focus on its core outplacement services and the continuing development of its talent management services. The resignations of Mr. Horsted and Mr. Lewis do not affect their status as employees of the Company and accordingly they will both continue to be involved in the Company in their capacities as employees but not as directors. As announced on 11 November 2004 Mr. Lewis has already given the Company twelve months' notice of his intention to leave Fairplace.
