Stanley Gibbons Group Limited 05 August 2005 The Stanley Gibbons Group Limited ("Stanley Gibbons" or "the Company") Holding in Company and Directors' Dealings The Company has been informed that on 4 August 2005 Montanaro UK Smaller Companies Investment Trust PLC (MUSCIT) acquired an interest in Stanley Gibbons that resulted in a total holding of 858,800 shares, representing approximately 3.47 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. The Company further announces that, on 4 August 2005, Paul Fraser and Tim Dunningham each sold 250,000 Ordinary 1p shares at 98.2p each. This takes Mr Fraser's shareholding to 1,976,719 shares, which represents 8 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company and Mr Dunningham's shareholding to 2,429,500 shares, which represents 9.83 per cent.
