This relates to interests in Ordinary Shares held by, as at the date of the Admission Document, Mr. Graham Ross O'Dea and Mr. David Hamilton Ward both of whom are non-executive directors of Ezenet Limited: Name No. of shares % of issued capital Mr. Graham Ross O'Dea 333,333 0.45% Mr. David Hamilton Ward 140,000 0.19% The Ordinary Shares held by Mr. O'Dea and Mr. Ward were issued under the placing undertaken by the Company in July 2005 that raised £723,500 (before expenses).
