SQS Software Quality Systems AG 01 December 2005 For immediate release 1 December 2005 SQS Software Quality Systems AG Secondary listing on Deutsche Borse stock exchange SQS Software Quality Systems AG ("SQS"), one of Europe's largest independent providers of software testing and quality management services, is pleased to announce that its shares have been approved for trading on the new "Entry Standard" market at the Deutsche Borse stock exchange in Frankfurt. The shares will commence trading on 2 December 2005. SQS' shares listed on AIM, a market regulated by the London Stock Exchange, on 20 September 2005, raising approximately £10.8 million (around 16 million euros) before expenses.
