Chorion PLC 13 December 2005 13 December 2005 JEREMY BANKS TO LEAVE COMMERCIAL POST AT CHORION Chorion PLC (LSE: COR.L) announces that Jeremy Banks will be leaving the Group at the end of January. Jeremy has been with the Chorion group since July 2001. He was appointed Group Finance Director upon Chorion's flotation in May 2002 and performed this role until October of last year when he was promoted to the new position of Commercial Director. The role of Commercial Director was created to assist in the expansion of Chorion, create new commercial opportunities and actively pursue acquisitions. In the last 18 months Chorion has acquired the Roger Hargreaves Estate (Mr Men & Little Miss), the Raymond Chandler Estate (Philip Marlowe) and Silver Lining Productions Limited and developed other commercial opportunities. These activities have resulted in fast paced, significant growth for Chorion. Following this period of growth, Jeremy has now decided to take the opportunity to develop his career elsewhere and will be leaving Chorion on 31st January 2006.
